Chef Brandon Cain has been dreaming up the Roots & Revelry concept for several years before it became a reality. He knew he had to include an amazing team in his vision to fulfill the task of creating a phenomenal experience and great restaurant. He hand-selected some of Birmingham’s most talented food and beverage professionals to help him carry out his vision and make his dream restaurant a reality.
There was nothing not to love. The food, the atmosphere, the service, the decor, even loved the dishes and linens.
The hummus was the best I have ever had, with toast points brushed with olive oil.
The poke tuna was divine and cold with fresh cilantro bursting with flavor! Highly recommend
No other restaurant like it in Birmingham. The service was impeccable—Brian, Brandon, and their staff bent over backwards to make sure everyone had everything they needed.
